Kemilau Nusantara Opened
Bandung – Nusantara Kemilau 2009 event was officially opened by West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan at Sate House lawn, Saturday (31/10/2009) around 10:00 am. Opening Rampak beating drums accompanied by the governor, vice governor Dede Yusuf, and the Director General of Marketing Department of Culture and Tourism Sapta Nirwanda.
The next governor and other government ranks right up into the wagon decorated Dipatiukur Monuments of Struggle Street. Wagon convoy followed hundreds of people who held helaran art from 14 provinces and 18 districts including the city reog ponorogo, Jaipongan, sheep race, san lainnta dances.
Pantaun detikbandung helaran along the 2.8 kilometer cross from Gedung Sate, across the road all the way to Monument Surapati Struggle. Seen some behenti motorists to see the procession. Congestion can not be avoided.
